Will Pakistan’s atomic bomb be taken away? Rajnath’s gesture from the land of Kashmir, but how possible this

Date:

Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, from the land of Jammu and Kashmir, once again warned the world with the nuclear hands of Pakistan. Rajnath said, ‘The whole world has seen how India has been given nuclear threats many times by Pakistan in a unique way. Today, from the land of Srinagar, I want to raise the question in front of the whole world whether nuclear weapons are safe in the hands of such irresponsible and sly nation? I believe that Pakistan’s nuclear weapons should be taken under the supervision of IAEA (International Atomic Energy Agency). This statement of Rajnath Singh indicates a lot. In such a situation, the question is, can the atomic bombs of Pakistan be really be snatched away? Has this happened before? What does international law say about it? What can be taken away in the position of atomic Hathiyar of Pakistan? Let’s know the answer to every question. What is IAEA? Does it have anything to do with nuclear weapons? IAEA is an international body that monitors peaceful use of nuclear power throughout the world. Its job is not to control nuclear weapons, but it is associated with the expansion and safety of nuclear handi. Can IAEA occupy a nuclear weapon or plant of a country? Do not say directly in words. IAEA has no legal or military rights to challenge or forcefully capture the sovereignty of a country. It only inspects and reporting, that too only when the country should agree. Can IAEA do the nuclear plant of a country ‘takeover’ due to terrorist activities? The answer is not… There is no such provision in international law. If there is a threat to nuclear security due to terrorism in a country, then IAEA can only report it to the United Nations. Action takes place only when the UN Security Council decides. Has IAEA ever captured due to terrorist threat to Pakistan’s nuclear weapons? Till date, the International Atomic Energy Agency has not captured nuclear weapons or plants of any country, nor has this happened in the affairs of Pakistan. Has I ever occupied someone’s and nuclear hands of the country? In some limited cases, IAEA has done this. Like IAEA has done safeguard inspection in Iran, but Iran had to take agreements for it. There was no such thing as occupying the nuclear plant there. Can it happen in the future that IAEA or UN seize the weapons of a country? Yes, this can happen. But only when the UN Security Council considers a country a threat to the international peace. That is, assume that due to this, the world can be in danger. Only then an action can be taken under the Chapter VII of the UN Security Council. Then the members of the UN such as the US, France Army action can take the nuclear handirs in possession. What is the Chapter VII of the UN Security Council? UN Security Council decides whether the international peace is going to be in danger. If yes, then action is taken under this law. First economic restrictions, travel restrictions are imposed. Cudder relationships are broken. Port or airspace is blocked. If there is no matter, then there is a military action. There may be an air strike on that country. There may be a Navy strike. There may be an army action.
