However, the most discussion is about the absence of Nitish Kumar, because in Bihar he is in power with BJP. According to the report of news agency IANS, senior Congress leader Tariq Anwar said that his decision to avoid this is giving a big political message. Talking to news agency PTI, RJD leader Manoj Jha said that the meeting of NITI Aayog is taking place at a significant turn.
