CJI Protocol: Chief Justice of India Bhushan Ramakrishna (BR) Gawai has expressed displeasure over the omission in the protocol during his first visit to Maharashtra after being promoted to the top post. It is up to them to think about whether it is right or not.” He said that this is a question of respect for the judiciary by other organs of the institution. He also said that he is not insisting on following the protocol. Gawai said, “When the head of an institution or organization is coming in the state for the first time. Especially when he is also from the same state.
