Last Updated: May 22, 2025, 15:01 IST is not allowed to place pets in an apartment of Bangkok. Despite this, some people kept dogs, who made a lot of noise. If a person suffered from the noise of dogs, he was sleepy, so he learned such a lesson… and there are many people all over Padhendunia who do not desist from ignoring the rules. But many times such people find a ‘shocking’ one, then they realize their mistake. One such surprising case has come to light in Bangkok. The person living in an apartment in Ratchda area of Bangkok was troubled by the noise of his neighbor’s dogs and cats. Many people living in the apartment were lost due to the sound of pets. In such a situation, a person took such a step that everyone’s senses flew away. Like the rest of the people, this person also complained to the management first, but no hearing was held. In such a situation, an angry person left two big snakes in the corridor, whose video is going viral on social media. Explain that no-pets rules ie pet organisms are not allowed to be kept in this apartment of Ratchda area. Despite this, many people ignored the rules and kept dogs and cats in their homes. A neighbor’s dog was barking for years due to barking and spreading smell. Despite the complaints of many people, the management of the flat remained silent. After losing, a man named Akrapon left two big snakes (about three meters long) in the corridor on May 19. After this, the man also made a video of snakes, in which black and brown snakes were crawled on the floor with tiles and wrapped near a door. He said, “Today I brought two, tomorrow and will bring it. The big one could not bring it today.” After this, he sent a message to the chat group of the flat, “Bring out your dogs and cats! My pet will give so much love to your dogs that they will forget to bark. If the management is doing nothing, then I will also keep it.” The video went viral on social media. Some people considered it fun, while some expressed concern with snakes. Residents say that their complaints were unheard of for years. One commented, “If the management will only punish the snake and leave the dog, then there will be snakes in their office next time.” After this ruckus, the management came into action. He imposed a fine of 10,000 baths (about 22,000 rupees) on the dog owner and asked to remove the dog. The snake leaving was also warned and orders were given to remove the snake, as well as a fine on it, but how much? This was not told. After this incident, the management apologized and asked everyone not to keep pets. Please tell that this flat is home of thousands of people, which have a lot of units. The management says that it was difficult to monitor the pets due to his office being on the upper floor. In the earlier investigation, they did not find evidence of the dog, but now they are talking about strictly implementing the rules. This incident is beginning to discuss the rules of pets in Thailand. Soon a new rule will come in Bangkok, which will limit the number of pets in the flat and registration will be required. This incident shows how much ruckus can happen by breaking the rules and ignoring the complaints. Was this protest right? Some people supported the snake leaving, as their complaints were not heard for years. But many considered it dangerous, because it is common to fear snakes. This incident shows the need to accept mutual understanding and rules between neighbors. Niranjan Dubey News 18 Hindi (Network 18) employed as Senior Associate Editor in Digital.
