On Friday, Vijay Shah’s petition was engaged for hearing in the bench of Justice Surya Kant and Justice N. Kotishwar Singh. Senior advocate Maninder Singh, appearing for Shah, told the judges that the petition has filed on the basis of the High Court order on May 14. On May 15, the High Court has given another order. The Jabalpur bench of the High Court took self -cognizance on Shah’s disputed speech on Colonel Sophia Qureshi, who played the role of army spokesperson during Operation Sindoor ‘.
