Just a little salt for taste and if you want, you can add one or two mint leaves or a little roasted cumin powder. No spices or chillies have to be added. Drink it slowly. This effective decoction that you can make very easily at home.
1. One cup of water.
2. Half a teaspoon of tea leaf.
3. 4-5 basil leaves (by washing).
4. A little ginger (grated).
5. Small piece liquorice (if available).

Put them all in water and boil it for 5 to 7 minutes. When it comes to a boil, turn off the gas and cover it for 10 minutes. When it cools down a little, filter it and mix half a lemon juice.
