Now put oil in the same pan and heat it. First of all add peanuts and fry till it becomes crisp. Then add cashew nuts (if you are adding) and roasted gram. After this, add curry leaves and green chillies and fry for a while.
3. Mixing spices:
Now add turmeric, red chili powder, salt and a little sugar. Mix the spices well, but take care not to burn.
