He has described a very easy and home way to make healthy chips from sweet potato.

Recipe
First of all, take fresh sweet potato of medium size and wash them thoroughly and peel them. Now take water in a vessel and add two pinch of potassium metabylfite. You can easily take it from any grocery store. Keep the sweet potato pieces for a few minutes. This does not make the sweet potato black and its color and taste remains intact. After this, cut the sweet potato like potato chips. For this you can use chips cutters. Now keep these pieces in cold water for 10-15 minutes. This will remove the additional starch present in it, which will make the chips more crisp. Dry them on a cloth and dry them in oil on light flame. When the chips become golden and crisp, then take them out and keep them on the tissue paper so that excess oil comes out. Now add salt, chaat masala or any masala of your choice as per taste.

Better in both taste and health
Dr. Gitanjali Chaudhary says that the chips of sweet potato are light sweet in taste, which gives it a sweet-nuts taste. It not only likes children, but can also become a healthy option for the elderly. Apart from this, it is rich in fiber, vitamin A and antioxidants.
