Material for making Neer Dosa
To make it, we need rice flour, 2 cups of oil, salt and coconut.

Recipe
First of all, you have to soak rice in water, so that the rice becomes soft. Then grind it with coconut or without coconut. Also, mix salt according to taste and make a good solution. After this, keep the solution separate for 10 minutes. While making a rice solution, it has to be kept in mind that the solution should become absolutely thin, otherwise there may be difficulty in making dosa.

Now take a nonstick pan/griddle and keep it on low flame to heat it. When the griddle becomes hot, put a little oil on it and spread it around. After this, add a thin solution of rice flour in the middle of the pan and spread the dosa while spreading it. While making a dosa, it has to be taken care of that the dosa should be absolutely thin. Along with this, it should be forged in between.

When the dosa gets roasted from one side, turn it over and apply oil on the other side. Stand the dosa until it becomes crispy. When Neer Dosa is well roasted, take it out in a plate. Similarly, prepare Neer Dosa with all the solution. The delicious Neer Dosa is ready for breakfast. Serve it with hot hot sambar and coconut chutney.
