Healthy breakfast recipe in hindi: Often boiled rice survives in homes and we throw them away. Have you ever thought that you can make a very tasty and healthy breakfast with the remaining rice? This recipe will eliminate the tension of making your breakfast. Because the easier it is to make this recipe, the more its taste is wonderful. This breakfast recipe is both healthy and tasty. Along with this, we will make a special tomato sauce, which is usually served with idli, big and dosa.

Breaths for breakfast

  • Boiled rice – 2 cups
  • Thick semolina – 1 cup
  • Curd – Half a cup (better sour)
  • Water – as required
  • Salt – as per taste
  • Chopped vegetables (carrots, beans, onions, capsicum)
  • Ginger (finely chopped) – 1 tsp
  • Green chili (finely chopped) – 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds – 1 to 1.5 teaspoons
  • Lemon juice – half
  • Baking powder – half teaspoon

Method of making step by step as follows

Prepare rice paste
Add boiled rice into the grinder and make a fine paste by mixing half the amount of rice in them.

Mix semolina
Put the same amount of thick semolina in the rice paste. Add half a cup of curd, some water and salt as per taste. Mix and keep it covered for 10 minutes so that the semolina swells.

Prepare vegetables
Finely chop carrots, beans, onions and capsicum. Heat some oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, ginger and green chillies to it. Then add all the vegetables and fry on medium flame for 3–4 minutes. Let its vegetables cool down.

Prepare mixer
Now add roasted vegetables to puffed semolina and rice paste. Add half a teaspoon of salt and lemon juice to it. Finally add half a teaspoon of baking powder.

Prepare breakfast
Apply some oil on the nonstick griddle, add small pancakes of this mixture and roast till it becomes golden from both sides. Keep gas heat media. When cooked from both sides, remove it from the pan.

Material for tomato sauce

  • Tomato – 500 grams
  • Ginger – a small piece
  • Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
  • Dry red chili-3-4
  • Peanut – Half a cup
  • Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
  • Curry Leaf – Some leaves
  • Kashmiri red chili powder – 1 tsp
  • Salt – as per taste
  • Oil – 1 tbsp

Chutney recipe

  • Heat the oil in the pan. Add dry red chili, mustard seeds and curry leaves to it.
  • Add peanuts and fry it lightly, then add ginger and onion and cook for a while.
  • Now add tomatoes and salt. Allow the tomatoes to cook for 4-5 minutes.
  • Turn off the gas and cool and grind it in a grinder. If you want, you can also apply tempering from above.
  • Serve this delicious and healthy breakfast with spicy chutney. It is also a perfect option for children’s tiffin.
