Easy method of making spirit at home
Material:
Rose water – 1 cup
Water – 2 cups
Sugar-2 cups (can reduce as per taste)
Beet juice – 1/2 cup (for natural color)
Mint leaves – 1/4 cup
Cardamom Powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Fennel – 1 tbsp
Khas (Vativor) – 1 tbsp
Kevada Water – 1 tbsp
Lemon juice – 2 tablespoons (for preservation)
Method of preparation:
1. Soak fennel and poppy seeds in water overnight.
2. The next morning, add some water to the grinder and grind them with a cloth.
3. Put water and sugar in a pan and cook on low flame until sugar syrup is made (1-2 wire syrup is not needed, just the sugar dissolves).
4. Add beet juice, fennel-khas extract, rose water, mint juice (or mixing leaves), cardamom powder and kevada water.
5. Cook it on light flame for 5-10 minutes so that the flavor gets well.
6. After closing the heat, add lemon juice.
7. After the mixture cools down, fill in a glass bottle and store it in the fridge.
Storage Tips:
1. The glass bottle should be clean and dry.
2. It can run comfortably for 3–4 weeks in the fridge.
3. Mix 1-2 teaspoons of syrup in cold water or milk at the time of use.
