Gram dal salty material

Chana dal- 2 cups
Peanut- 3 tablespoons
Asafoetida- 1 teaspoon
Chili powder- 1 tsp
Amchur powder- 1 tsp
Chaat Masala- less than 1 tsp
Grive sugar- 1 teaspoon
Curry Leaves- 8-10
Black salt- 1 tsp
Salt- as per taste

Gram mixture recipe

Soak gram dal in water to make chana dal mixture at home. After 3-4 hours, filter the lentils with water and separate it. Now wipe the lentils with the help of a cotton cloth. After this, take a pan, in which the oil is heated. Then put the lentils in a little batch and fry till it becomes golden and crispy. Now take out the lentils in a steel sieve and leave it till the oil falls.

After this, fry the peanuts as well as fry the curry leaves. You can also add cashews to it. For this, fry cashews and keep it. Now read the spices in a small bowl. In the spices, mix red chili powder, salt, chaat masala, mango powder and black salt. Add a little ground sugar to it. It balances the test. Now add fryed lentils in a vessel and mix the fryed peanuts, curry leaves and cashews in it.

Now put all the spices in it and mix it well. Your gram mixture or salty is ready. When this salty becomes cold, you can give yourself with tea or other family members.
