For filling:
Paneer – 100 grams (chopped into cubes)
Capsicum – 1 (finely chopped)
Onion – 1 (cut in thin slices)
Carrots – 1 (grated)
Cabbage – 1/2 cup (finely chopped, optional)
Ginger-garlic paste-1 teaspoon
Cumin – 1/2 teaspoon
Oil – 1 table spoon
Tomato ketchup or green chutney – 1–2 tablespoons (as per taste)

For spices:
Turmeric – 1/4 teaspoon
Red chili powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Garam Masala – 1/2 teaspoon
Salt – as per taste
Chaat Masala – 1/2 teaspoon (while assembling)

For bread/paratha:
Wheat flour or maida – 1 cup (to make roti or paratha)
Ghee or butter – to taste (to bake)

For assembling:
Green chutney or mayonnaise – 1–2 tablespoons
Onion rings – 1 onion (in thin slices)
Latus leaves – 2–3 (optional)
Butter paper or aluminum foil – to wrap rolls

  1. Prepare filling- First heat 1 table spoon of oil in a pan. Add a little cumin seeds and let it crackle. Now add 1 teaspoon of ginger-garlic paste and fry lightly until it smells. After this, add vegetables of your choice like capsicum, carrot, cabbage, onion and cheese pieces. Cook it for 4-5 minutes, but keep in mind that the vegetables remain soft and keep them crisp.
