Bundi-people
Sour curd- 1 cup
Chili powder- 1 tsp
Mustard oil- 2 tbsp
Cumin-1 teaspoon
Asafoetida- half a teaspoon
Salt-sufficient
Water as per need
Coriander leaf- chopped
Method of making silence raita
Put curd in a bowl and whisk. Hit it until it is exactly like a cream. Now add red chili powder and salt to it. Mix Fry cumin seeds and make powder. Add this powder. Now give a cup of water and mix it. Place a pan or pan on the gas. Heat mustard oil and heat it. Now add a little whole cumin and asafoetida. Fry it for a few seconds and put it in the curd bowl.
