Paneer – 250 grams (chopped in cubes)
Besan – 2 tablespoon
Flour – 2 tablespoon
Cornflore – 1 tablespoon
Ginger-Garlic Paste-1 tablespoon
Red Chili Powder – 1 Tespoon
Turmeric – 4 teaspoon
Black Pepper Powder – ½ tspoon
Salt
Curd – 2 tablespoon
Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
Curry Leaf-8-10
Green Chilli-2-3 (cut in length)
Oil – to fry
Green coriander – for garnish
Method of making Paneer 65:
-Insert gram flour, maida, cornflor in a large bowl. Add ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric, black pepper powder, curd, lemon juice and salt and mix well. Now prepare a thick batter by adding a little water.
-Put the pieces of foot in this spicy solution and mix it with light hands, so that every piece coats well. Let it be marinated for 15-20 minutes.
-Heat the oil in the pan. When the oil is well heated, add the marinated cheese pieces one by one and fry on medium flame till it becomes golden and crispy. Then take out and place it on the tissue paper so that the excess oil comes out.
-Heat a little oil in a pan, add curry leaves and green chillies. When it starts to crackle, add fried cheese pieces and mix it with light hands for 1-2 minutes so that their flavor gets absorbed in the cheese.
Garnish Tayar Paneer 65 with green coriander. If you want, serve with onion lacked and lemon.
