Required ingredients to make Sattu Laddu:
Desi Ghee – 1 Cup
Sattu – 2 cups
Jaggery – 1 cup
Cashew Powder – 4 cups
Almond Powder – 4 cups
Cardamom Powder – 1 teaspoon
Cashew – 4 teaspoons
Almond – 4 teaspoons
White sesame – 4 tablespoons
Pistachio – 4 tablespoons
Flax seeds, chia seeds, sunflower seeds-2-2 tablespoons
Oats – 4 tablespoons (optional)
Step by step recipe:
Fry Sattu-
First of all add 1 cup desi ghee in a pan and heat it. When the ghee melts, add 2 cups of sattu to it. Fry it on medium flame for 10-12 minutes while stirring it continuously until it starts to smell lightly.
