Coriander leaf- 2 tablespoons
Curd- 3 tablespoons
Salt- as per taste

Method of making rava dosa at home

To make crisp and taste -rich rava dosa at home, first take Rava, maida and rice flour together. After this, add finely chopped onion, ginger and curry leaf in it. Now add black pepper powder and curd to it. Then mix the water in it and prepare a thin solution. When the batter is ready, keep it covered for about 20 minutes. After the scheduled time, you run the batter.

Now you will take a griddle, on which oil will be heated. Now with the help of tissue paper, spread the oil on the pan. Now spread the solution over it. You have to keep the solution thin.
