Potato cheela required material
Grapped potatoes- 3-4
Finely chopped onion- 1-2
Besan- 2 tablespoons
Carrot of grated Carrots- 1-2
Finely chopped garlic- 1-2 tbsp
Finely chopped ginger- 2 tablespoons
Rice flour- 2 tbsp
Red chili powder- 1 tsp
Garam Masala- 1 tsp
Oil
Salt- as per taste
Easy method of making potato cheela
To make potato cheela, first of all, peel the potato and grate it. Now wash and squeeze the grated potatoes. After this, put it in a bowl. Now add grated carrots, finely chopped onion and green chillies in it. Apart from this, if you want, you can add any vegetable like a vegetable of choice. Now add 2 teaspoons of ginger and finely chopped garlic.
After this, add two teaspoons of gram flour and 2 teaspoons of rice flour. Now add red chili and garam masala to it. Now mix all these well. If it is more strict, then sprinkle a little water in it.
