1. Thick milk correctly
1. Take 1 liter full cream milk in a deep heavy bottom vessel and cook on low flame.
2. Boil the milk till it remains about half.
3. Keep stirring in the middle so that the milk does not appear in the bottom and does not stick to the cream edges. Rare and mix it back to milk.
4. This will make Kulfi creamy and delicious.
2. Increase taste and fragrance dry fruits and cardamom
1. When the milk is thick, add sugar as per taste and let it dissolve.
2. Also add 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder, saffron threads, and chopped fruits like cashew, almonds, pistachios.
3. If you want, you can also add mawa or khoya, it makes Kulfi and rich.
3. Use pot or kulfi mold
1. Let the prepared mixture cool down.
2. Then put it in a pot of pot, kulfi molds or small steel.
3. Apply a wooden stick on top.
4. Close the molds with a lid and keep it in 6–8 hours or overnite freezer.
Tip: Keeping in the pot gives the fragrance of the soil and the desi taste, which gives a feeling like a kulfi of the cart.
Before serving:
1. While removing Kulfi from the mold, pour a little hot water from outside so that it comes out easily.
2. Garnish with saffron or pistachios on top and enjoy the cool-cold kulfi.
