Preparation time – 15 minutes
Cooking time – 50 minutes
Serving – about 7 cups

Essential Material:
Whole urad dal – 1 cup (160 grams)
Rajma – 4 cups (45 grams)
Water – 4 to 5 cups
Butter – ½ cup (100 grams)
Ginger paste – 1 tablespoon
Garlic paste – 1 tablespoon
Chopped garlic – ½ tablespoons
Kashmiri Red Chili Powder – 1½ tablespoons
Salt – as per taste
Fresh Tomato Puree – 1½ cups (350 g)

For tempering:
Oil – 1 tablespoon
Chopped garlic – ½ tablespoons
Butter (optional) – 2 tablespoons
Dry fenugreek – a pinch
Fresh Cream – 4 cup (175ml)

Method of preparation:
-First, soak urad dal and Rajma together for at least 3 hours.
After this, rub both and wash them thoroughly and cook in the pressure cooker with 5 cups of water until the lentils and rajma melt well and thickened.
In the meantime, cut the tomatoes thick and make a puree.
