How does Khajuli make sweets?
The process of making Khajuli sweets is easy, but it requires hard work and experience. First of all, layers like her thick rotis are made by rubbing the maida well. These layers are cut into a fixed size and fried in hot oil, causing them to swell and become crisp.
After this, these fried layers are immersed in jaggery syrup. When the syrup dries up and freezes well in layers, the delicious trend is ready.
