You will eat once, come again and again! For three generations, samosas are held at the same shop …

Date:

Satyam Katiyar/Farrukhabad- In Farrukhabad, food and drink enthusiasts do not need to wander away to taste. Every street and intersection is found in some wonderful. But there is a shop on the Kamalganj main road, which has been ruling the tongue of the citizens with the taste of its samosas and sweets for the last 50 years.

The shop has been running for three generations
Aman Mishthan Bhandar, located on Kamalganj Tirahe, has not only become another name for taste, but this shop has also joined people’s feelings and childhood memories. This shop was first started by Aman’s grandfather, in which only sweets were found. Later Aman’s father included Samosas and today Aman Chaurasia is running as the third generation of this shop.

Special attention to customer choice and cleaning
Shopkeeper Aman Chaurasia, during a conversation with the team of Local 18, says that he himself handles this shop and never compromises on the taste and cleanliness of the customers. The quality of samosa and chutney is tried to maintain the same, which his grandfather started years ago.

Know how this special samosa is made
Aman says that the spice of samosas is prepared by adopting a special method. The spices are brought from the market and dried well at home first, then they are roasted in oil and are crushed separately. Then these spices are mixed in a special proportion and mixed with potatoes, cheese, green peas, coriander, cumin, celery, jaljira etc. in a mixture of samosas.

The taste of chutney is the heart winner
There are two types of chutis, sweet and sour. They are made from household spices such as jaggery, celery, and cumin, which double the taste of samosas. Two samosas and two chutney are available in a plate for just 20 rupees.

The taste is such that when it arrives late, it is set to return empty handed
This shop is so famous that if a customer arrives for a while, then samosa and sweets are finished. Aman Mishthan Bhandar is not only the hallmark of taste, but it has also become part of the old heritage of Farrukhabad.
