Ignoring the role of Trump in his address, PM Modi said, “Pakistan pleaded to stop the attacks, but we waited until he promised to stop his actions.” This shows that India considered a ceasefire on its own terms rather than accepting Trump’s ‘Panchayat’. Pakistan was given a clear warning in the address of PM Modi in Lalkarmodi’s address. PM Modi said, ‘Terror and trade cannot be together, Terror and Talk could not be done simultaneously, similarly blood and water cannot flow together.’ This clearly indicates that Pakistan’s speech is going to stop on the Indus Strait.
