The Indian mixed compound team of Jyoti Surekha Vamn and Rishabh Yadav dusted Chinese Taipei in a very tough final. Indian players defeated their rivals Huang Eye-Jau and Chen Chiha Lun 153–151 to win the gold medal in the Archery World Cup Phase one. This match was very difficult for the Indian mixed pair.
