Instead of getting upset with the taunts, he took inspiration from them and showed six medals including gold in state swimming. Now he has been selected in the national competition to be held in October. Now Babita is preparing for this tournament. He says that by winning the gold medal in the national, I will give an answer to everyone, who used to taunt me. Babita’s father Bhanwarlal does farming and mother Sohni Devi is a housewife. Babita said that due to the short stature, I have been mocked from the beginning. Apart from relatives and neighbors, I was also called dwarf or Nati in school. Initially I had trouble, then I started ignoring such people. Thought that those who laugh at my stature, do something big and answer them. Babita chose the game along with studies. Due to the short stature, I prepared to stand in one place and play. Pranged shot put and discus throw. In 2021, he got a chance to go to the State Tournament of Jaipur and won two silver medals. In this tournament, senior players said that if you want to make a career easily in sports, you will have to learn swimming. Because the number of girls in swimming is less. There was no swimming pool in the village, so I took admission in Sikar’s college. Practicing swimming with studies here. Babita said that in the state competition of Jodhpur, winning the gold medal in 50 meter freestyle, I encouraged me. Then won the silver medal in 100 meter freestyle. People who laugh at me now see medals around my neck, so they have started tying a bridge of praise. Babita is also doing MA in geography.
