In this operation, India raised more than 9 terrorists within Pakistan. Did. New Delhi. While presenting a great sample of military cleverness and strategic skills, the Indian armed forces infiltrated and destroyed a large part of Pakistan’s air defense system in retaliation against Pakistan on the night of 9 and 10 May. An important element of this mission was the use of dummy aircraft designed by India to mimic the real fighter jet, which confused the Pakistani radar and air defense systems and revealed their location. After Operation Sindoor – India’s accurate attacks on May 7 destroyed many terrorist bases in Pakistan and Pakistan -occupied Kashmir – the Pakistani Army launched a herd of drones and missiles in the next two days, which was their unsuccessful attempt to target Indian sites in Jammu, Pathankot and many other cities. In retaliation, the Indian Army launched another series of accurate attacks, this time targeting Pakistan’s major defense establishments and its air defense system. The attack included air and missile attacks using BrahMos supersonic cruise missiles, scalp air-to-ground missiles, rampage standoff missiles and crystal table table bombs. But before that, IAF deployed UAVs that mimic the radar signature of Indian fighter jets. These fake drones were launched in waves towards major Pakistani airbase and sensitive military installations. The Pakistani radar system misunderstood these UAVs for the upcoming fighter aircraft, giving them a chance to activate their air defense system and eventually find the radar location. Once these situations were confirmed, the Indian Army attacked with the impact of the accurate-government weapons. After Pakistan’s radar was detected, IAF launched aerial and missile attacks, targeting about a dozen Pakistani airbase including Sargodha, Murid and Chaklala. The major assets destroyed in the Indian attacks included air traffic control tower, radar dome, communication center and runway. The most damage to Pakistan was due to the destruction of the Airborne Warning and Control System (AWACS) aircraft. Retired Pakistani Air Marshal Masood Akhtar later confirmed on the Pakistani media that an AWACS aircraft was destroyed in the attacks. The use of dummy jet not only helped to weaken Pakistan’s radar and missile shield, but also created confusion among those who planned their army. Pakistani fighter jets flew in several directions in response to ghost targets, while the real Indian strike teams destroyed their desired targets with accuracy.
