The Kendra Government and the Ministry of Health are alert. The Union Health Secretary on Saturday reviewed the status of Kovid-19 in the country. Officials of big institutions like Health Research Department (DHR), Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), DGHS and NCDC also attended this meeting. The government said that recently some cases of Kovid-19 have been reported in some states like Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra and Karnataka. But there is no need to panic because in most patients, the symptoms are very light and they are recovering comfortably at home. The country has a strong system for respiratory diseases and monitoring of Kovid-19. Institutions like Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) and IDSP are monitoring these diseases across the country. The Health Ministry also said that some media reports have reported the increase in Kovid cases in Singapore, Hong Kong and some other countries. But according to the information received from the government officials there, there has been no major change in the virus and it is as light as it is before. The Union Government and the Ministry of Health are completely cautious and are constantly monitoring the situation. People have been advised only to take precautions, there is nothing to panic. Health officials of the Delhi government said that in the national capital, recently all 23 patients of Kovid-19 have seen only mild symptoms and are in Quarantine at home. 22 of them are recovering at home and no one needed to be hospitalized.
