‘Jamiat Ulama-e-Hind stands up with the country and the army’, Maulana Madani responds to Operation Sindoor

Jamiat Ulama-I-Hindi on Operation Sindoor: In response to the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, India was strongly attacked in Pakistan in the early hours of Wednesday (May 7). Maulana Mahmood Madni, President of Jamiat Ulama-e-Hind, has given his response to this action of Indian armed forces. Maulana Mahmud Madani said, “Jamiat Ulama-e-Hind cannot make any compromise on the issue of sovereignty, integrity and security of the country.” He said, “If an attempt is made by Pakistan to impose any war, then we declare clearly and in two words that the whole country, people of all religions and especially Muslims are standing like a rock with their army.” The president of Jamiat Ulama-e-Hind announced, “India is our homeland, it is our national and constitutional responsibility to protect it. Jamiat Ulama-e-Hind has always given a message of patriotism, peace and unity and today when our borders are under threat, we announce to stand shoulder to shoulder with our forces.” Maulana Madni said, “We will promote the spirit of unity, patience and sacrifice in the country at every level. We appeal to the Government of India to give a befitting reply to every aggressive action of the enemy. We want to give a clear message to the enemies that India will protect its homeland at every cost like a united nation.” In response to the Pahalgam terror attack, India’s action is notable that the Indian Armed Forces attacked 9 locations of terrorists located in Pakistan and Pakistan Occupied Kashmir in the early hours of Wednesday (May 7) under Operation Sindoor. The hideouts of Lashkar-e-Taiba and Jaish-e-Mohammed were also destroyed in this attack. The Indian Army took this action in response to the Pahalgam terror attack on 22 April, in which 26 tourists were shot dead by Pakistani terrorists.
