Wings India 2026: The Ministry of Civil Aviation, Government of India organized the Curtain Razor program of Asia’s largest civil aviation exhibition “Wings India 2026” at Taj Palace Hotel in the capital Delhi. Union Civil Aviation Minister Ram Mohan Naidu, Minister of State Muralidhar Moho, Secretary Sameer Kumar Sinha, AAI Chairman Vipin Kumar, BCAS Director General Rajesh Nirvana, FICCI Aviation Committee Chairman Remi Meerd and FICCI Director Jyoti Vij were present on the occasion. In his speech, Union Minister Ram Mohan Naidu, while highlighting the great progress of India’s aviation sector, said that India has become the third largest domestic aviation market in the world today and will soon reach third place in terms of total air travelers. He said that in the direction of “Developed India @2047”, the government is working on a clear roadmap, with modern technology, connectivity to the end and sustainable development. The minister said that it is not just an event, but a symbol of the vision and leadership of India’s aviation sector. App and Publicity Video Launched Launch On this occasion, brochure, promotional video, and official mobile app of Wings India 2026 were also inaugurated. This app will become a medium of participation and dialogue for global participants and stakeholders. He informed that Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities have been linked to the national aviation network under the UDAN scheme, which has strengthened tourism, trade and employment. The Ministry will soon organize a regional conference to improve regional coordination. India Civil Aviation Secretary Sameer Kumar Sinha said in his address that the main focus of the ministry is sustainable development and innovation towards sustainable development and new technology.
