Yellow alert has been issued in 11 districts of the state from the alert released in these districts, which includes all the districts except Kinnaur. There is a possibility of strong storm and lightning fall in these districts. Winds can move at a speed of 40 to 60 kilometers per hour. On 8 May, Yellow will be alert for the remaining nine districts except Solan, Sirmaur and Kinnaur. At the same time, Yellow alert has also been issued in Chamba, Kangra, Kullu, Mandi, Shimla and Lahaul-Spiti districts on 9 and 10 May. The Meteorological Department has appealed to take special precautions in these districts. In Lahaul-Spiti, strong winds are predicted to blow strong winds at a speed of 30 to 40 kmph for the next four days in Lahaul-Spiti. However, the Meteorological Department has not issued any warning in Kinnaur from today to 9 May. Only on May 10, there is a possibility of light winds.
