The first dish is moong dal chila. Moong dal is a very good source of protein. Including it in breakfast boosts your energy. For this, you have to take half a cup washed moong dal and soak it for 3-4 hours. Sieve the lentils and add green chillies, ginger, garlic and some water and grind it. Add finely chopped onion, tomato, coriander and salt to this solution. Put some oil on a non-stick pan and spread the cheela and cook from both sides. This delicious, low-calorie and high-protein breakfast is ready. About 10-12 grams of protein can be found in a moong dal cheela.
At the same time, the second dish is cheese stuffed multigrain roti. Paneer is rich in protein and if you eat it with multiigraine flour, it becomes even more healthy. Mash 100 grams of cheese and add some salt, pepper, celery and green coriander to it. Make multigrain flour dough and fill the paneer in it and roll the parantha. Apply light ghee or oil on the pan.
