Apart from this, he told that the patients of asthma are given smoke of dhatura leaves.

Grandma said that the root of Dhatura is used in toothache. He said that the fruit of Dhatura is usually used in the rainy season (July-September) on the plant. It is thorny and green, which becomes brown when cooked.

In domestic use, dhatura oil is used for massage in joint pain. In addition, paste of its leaves is made and applied on boils.
