According to the news of the Daily Mail, a study conducted on about 3 lakh people found that one in 30 people have gone through this problem at some time. Since nothing is already known in it, there is a lot of weekends in the muscles after the stroke. There is always a headache and blurred from the eyes. Researchers at Denmark said in their studies that this mini stroke has a bad effect on health for a long time. This always causes fatigue and headache for more than a year. Although there are many reasons for headaches, but if it is happening due to mini stroke, then he keeps trying extra to weight the brain that has been lacking in it, due to which fatigue is caused.
Trouble after mini stroke
The study led by Dr. Boris Modrau, Professor of the Department of Neurology, University of Denmark, found that fatigue may remain for months even after mini stroke. This can be a serious health signal. He said that during mini stroke, symptoms like mild change in the person’s face, lack of strength in hands and difficulty in speaking are revealed. It is usually cured within a day on its own, but many patients have seen symptoms such as fatigue, thinking, depression, anxiety and decline in quality of life. The study included 354 patients with an average age of 70 years who recently had mini stroke. Information about the level of fatigue was taken from these patients in the first two weeks and then the survey was done again after 3, 6 and 12 months. There was a mini stroke in the participants who had fatigue score 12 or more. Dr. Modrau believes that fatigue should not be ignored as it can last long and has a profound effect on the mental and physical health of the patient. He told that if the patient is tired even after being discharged from the hospital, then he should be kept under supervision again.
Why fatigue remains
During mini stroke, blood flow stops in the brain for some time, causing neurons to not get complete oxygen. After this transient blockage, the brain spends more energy to perform normal functions. This extra effort gives a person mentally and physically exhausted. It causes problems like muscle weakness, pain, indigestion and headache. This makes it difficult to focus on something. Thinking about something, there is difficulty in taking immediate decisions. Sleep patterns change. Emotional instability and lack of memory can also be part of this exhaustion.

What to do to avoid mini stroke

Keep the weight under control. Do not let BP and cholesterol grow. Get enough sleep and do not drink alcohol.
