Ryan says that Cycling was not just exercise, it became a means of therapy, freedom and happiness for them. While there was fatigue and pressure in going to the gym, the ride of the bicycle made them feel light. He slowly started with a small ride and today he can cover a distance of 100 miles or about 160 km by bicycle. He also started bikepacking, which gave him new friends and got a chance to be a part of a supportive community.

After losing so much weight, Ryan had to face problems like loose skin on the body. Self-doubt and mental conflicts still remain, but now they face them in confidence and funny way. He says, “Now when the extra skin will move, my performance will increase further!” They remind themselves every day that change is a process, not a night miracle.
