Now slowly raise both legs up to 90 degrees and then bring down gently, but do not touch the ground. Repeat it 12-15 times. With this exercise, the lower abdomen is tight and the size of the waist improves.
The third exercise is Mountain Climbers. This is a cardio exercise, which activates the whole body. Come into a position of push-up, then bring a knee towards the chest and change the legs rapidly, as if you are running. Do this for 30-40 seconds. It is very effective in burning fat.
The fourth is the plank. This is the easiest and effective way to strengthen the abdominal muscles.
