Its base will be 8.50 m x 5.50 meters, and the upper part will have two large floors, which will have 22.50 m x 17.80 meters. There will be a capsule lift for tourists. A 7.50 meter wide walkway bridge is being built on both sides of the sea to reach the tower. There will also be parking facility at both ends of the bridge. This project will increase tourism and employment in Goa. This will lead to development in hospitality, transport and retail areas. Local traders will also benefit.
