A large crowd of people is seen throughout the day at a shop called Hariom Sweets located in the shopping complex here. Speaking to Local 18, shop operator Vineet Verma said that my brother and my brother are now operating this shop. It started in 1970 our father self. Prem Shankar Verma did it. Vineet says that in addition to routine breakfast, there are about 5 types of samosas. This includes potatoes, pasta, pizza, cheese and chili paneer samosas.

Samosas are also made according to the weather. Sprout samosas and mix veg samosas are also made here during the winter season. The design of the samosas of each variety is also different, so that both the customer and we can easily know which samosa is of which flavor. In this, potato samosa is Rs 15 and the rest of the samosas 30 rupees. Apart from this, asafoetida kachori, potato-onion kachori, khandvi, chilli dumplings are also kept.

How did its idea come?
Vineet says that potato samosa is usually found everywhere. But we started making samosas with pizza-paste flavor on seeing the changing trend and on the demand of children. For this, we first started with pasta samosa, which children liked very much and they demanded to make samosas of second syllabus. Then, seeing slowly, we started making samosas in different flowers and today people like their taste very much.

More than 500 samosas are sold daily
He says that earlier we used to have only breakfast, which included Poha, Jalevi, Kachori, Samosa, Aloo Bada, Gulab Jamun. After this, from 1994, we also started making sweets. We include many variety of sweets including Chandrakala, Bundi Laddu, Butter Scotch Verfi and Coconut Furfi. Vineet told that 400 to 500 samosas are sold daily. At the same time, pizza and pasta samosas have the highest demand among special samosas. It takes the most time to make pasta samosa, as it is designed.
