Charity is also known as Shaj, who was a beautician by profession and loved glamor and beautifully. But on 6 August 2024, his world was destroyed when a mysterious and painful rash made his life scary. Within a few days, his skin started to tear down, the body stopped working and the doctors made a terrible disclosure. Doctors said that they have toxic epidermal necrolisis (TEN), which is a fatal form of Stevens-Johnson syndrome (SJS). Not only this, their possibility of survival is also only 1%. All this happened due to the wrong medicine written by the doctors, due to which the woman’s life became hell. But finally a miracle happened and she survived alive. Shaj said, “My skin was tearing out of my body. It was a scary film experience.” The nightmare began when Shaj was given a new drug by a psychiatrist, which was for the diagnosis of type 2 bipolar disorder, which he had to take throughout his life. But he was not given any warning about the side effects of this medicine. The day the doctors increased his dose to 75 mg, that evening he suffered fever. Then the next day blisters emerged and on the third day they had to call an ambulance themselves. Shaj said, “I was told that this is viral fever or chickenpox. So I was just given painkiller.” However, when the situation in the hospital started getting worse, the doctors understood its seriousness. But by then it was too late. In such a situation, to control the pain and deteriorating condition of Shaj, it was put into a coma. His mother spent nights with him in the hospital corridors. Charity aka Shaj further said, “My mother is my angel. They did not leave me alone. She was my strength.” The doctors told the family that anything could happen, but Shaj won the battle of life in a miraculous manner. Due to this disease, Shaj’s skin was removed from his face to back. Her nails and hair collapsed and the glands of tears were damaged, causing them to cry without tears. They had to learn to speak, eat and swallow again. Due to facial damage, a trekostomy had to be done for oxygen. Her eyes suffered heavy losses, due to which she cannot do her beautician job. Shaj says, “When I woke up from a coma, my mother said, ‘You are very beautiful.’ Perhaps she was preparing me for my changed face. ” When Shaj shared his story on social media, his video went viral on seeing it. She says, “I got self-control after passing this difficulty. I learned how to pursue myself.” Shaj shared from his most difficult days to moments of happiness. Many people are supporting them. However, Shaj now needs special eye lens and skin care. He has started funding for this. She says, “Medical assistance helped a lot, but there is a long way left.” Despite physical and emotional marks, Shaj re -gained his confidence. She says, “People ask why I wear clothes so confidently. I say, because I have achieved it. I felt the pain and now I want to live happiness.” Shaj also wrote a letter to the clinic who gave him this medicine. Shaj said, “He gave me dangerous medicine without warning. I do not say it was intentional, but it was negligent. I do not want anyone else to suffer this pain.”
