Another big mistake that people make is to drink coffee on an empty stomach as soon as you wake up in the morning. After staying without water overnight, the body is already dehydrated and in such a situation, caffeine draws more water. Coffee pulls water into the intestines and makes the stool loose, but the rest of the body becomes dehydrated, which affects everywhere from the skin to the stomach. Especially people who have gastric ulcer or chronic gastritis should not take coffee at all in the morning, otherwise it may increase further.
Change the diet to correct it. Include fruits, vegetables, whole grains and pulses in your food every day. They will get fiber which will give relief from constipation. Try to get at least 25-30 grams of fiber daily. The most important thing is hydration. To maintain this, drink at least 8 glasses of water throughout the day.
